Thread: Airtel Best ISP in India

I was working as a system admin in delhi for 2 yrs & now in Indore since 4 year. Airtel BB is the best in delhi & in Indore giving tough & prompt. for both home and Business users.

every/anyone to take Airtel BB connection, blindly.
Their technical/customer service report is excellent & hardly there has been a downtime if i remember. [just twice in past 3 years]

They gave a tough competition to the BSNL/MTNL/Reliance in DSL BB technology service & also to other ISPs in (M.P)

As Bsnl is also here in Indore with good Broadband connectivity. But BSNL is not consistent to their services.

Being Working in Indore Airtel is the only hope.

BSNL is always complaining regarding to their maintenance failure. No one is there to hear your complaint. If your broadband is not working only God knows what is the reason. in this high competitive modern age. we need high speed broadband with consistent speed and reliability and i think Airtel is the only company to do so.

Technical/customer support competition to BSNL & MTNL in delhi & hopefully in entire india, wherever these guys.

Nobody's perfect though: I had four days downtime recently, and a lot of bullshit from the local engineer manager. I actually told him that talking to him was more like talking to a BSNL guy, and did he used to work for them?

On balance, though, yes, their service has been good, and I'm not about to rush anywhwere else --- especially as BSNL can't seem to give me a noise-free landline despite having built a new exchange and laid new cables for the area.

yeah I agree no one is perfect but although when you comparison Airtel with other ISP Airtel is something that give consistent performance.

If you wish to have noise-free landlines voice service you could go with PRI Service i have used this for clear voice you can ask for Airtel they will give you detail.

Thanks ... as we have Airtel broadband, we have the landline phone too. I don't use it much, but it is fine, quality-wise. I make a few Happy-Birthday-etc calls a year back to UK, and I use it for that.

Not really sure why, but when we cancelled the BSNL broadband, in favour of Airtel, we kept on the line. It doesn't cost much per month, but because the cost includes a number of calls, we try to use that up.

Two people: three mobiles, two landlines, one broadband!
