Two weeks back we (Dumadu Games, Koramangala, Bnagalore) submitted all required documents to Airtel executive for broadband connection for business purpose. From last 8-9 days he is saying that all formalities are done and we will give you connection by 7 pm in evening. But no one turns up till 8 pm.
They are not giving any reason or issue to not process the same. Every day same answer "we will connect by 7 pm". Its quite frustrating. This is the worst customer service which I experienced in my entire life.
I think their technical team works only after evening when customer leaves the office. They work as per their convenience and not worried about business loss of customer and kind of frustration that we received because of this service.
If Airtel people really care about their customers then they should give clarification.
