Thread: never go for airtelbroadband

hey!
let me tell you the bitter truth of this airtelbroadband.

six month before i had airtel dsl broadband connection 699/- unlimited plan in faridabad.
in january due to my personal problem i supposed to shifted to sarita vihar new delhi.
so i called up at customer care and i asked to them for either shifting this connection or terminating the connection. at that time they told me ok mam we will terminater you connection but for that you supposed to submit a cncellation request at any airtel office.
mean while i got shifted to sarita vihar, and due to regular college i dint got time to to these things.
i went to airtel office with wrtten application for temination of this connection, but they refuse me to accpt it, i ask them to call the cc but again they told me we cant help u mam.
then i got a bill just for one day .
i had subbmited it before its due date. yet i got no problem.


oll of sudden after two consicutive month i received a bill sateted due amount 2098/-
means my connection still goin on. agan i called up cc ad they gave me some sort f complain no and told me mam dont worry we will terminate your connection but it 'll take 20-30 days.
after 30 days m receving calls from patiala house for this stupid 2098/- rupee and pending bill.


guys for ur knowledege i would like to mention their one of rule that is-

" if you do not pay your bill on time or latest by due date your services and ur connection would get terminat."
so according to this rule how can i get bill for four or five months.
till today m absorbing the harrsment and fighting for my connection termination.

and i m thinking to file a case against airtel in consumer court.


personaly i got mad and so much dissapointed .
being an student i cant afford this much stupid tensions.


i wuld not sugget anybody to go for this airtel connection this connection really sucks.

dont need to worry about the bill . these buggers cant do any thing . they say on phone that they have registered a case against u. but all that is bullshit. start communicating with them ny e-mail. atleast u will have records. dont phone them.
