I am using Airtel BB for more than 5 years now(in Bangalore). I have beetel router 450 BXI. Since 6 months (in Jeevan Bhima Nagar), I have been facing frequent disconnection of the Wi-Fi. Needless to say, it is interrupting my browsing/downloads etc.

I keep calling customer care every week and they give me deadlines & promises to solve the issue. But it is not solved yet. The Service Engineers have tried the following:

1. Hard reset of router (they do it almost every time they come)
2. Updating/re-installing of router firmware
3. Pinging to their server and monitoring it (which lead to anywhere)
4. They even tried changed the router as well.

Nothing solved the issue. The airtel service engineers are semi-skilled.
In spite of insisting them to check the connection cable, they never did. These days Airtel service executives, they never bother about customer's concerns, which is very bad for a service provider of Airtel's status.

I was the one among those who said proudly "Airtel never fails, even if it does, they fix it immediately...". But now I regret having said that and I really feel irritated and annoyed.

All I need now is, how to escalate this issue to right official(I don't know if that will help solving the issue). If any of you know a way to do it, please let me know.
