    I am going to upgrade my plan 725 combo to 999 at 256 kbps . iam in delhi.just wanted to know am i going to be a victim again? if there is already one please tell me how much bandwidth should i expect from 999 @256kbps plan. pleople dont mind but in india we just cant expect professionalism from all these companies. i think no customer is happy with his or her broadband connection. we r stll carrying genes of slaves. we only work wen our ass get spanked

    the catch is u can see ur bill online but u need to go through hell .u need to fill up a form & give address proof,1 photo & id proof. then they will give id & password to check ur bill or ur account online or u can ask fot itemized bill u need to pay rs 100 more for that.
    now listen to this i recieved call from a person that he recieved a call from my number but i take care that i dont make any call from this number. now some one has made a call from number. this indicates that people do get faulty bill for the calls they havent made.

    Default I have decided to disconnect the connection

    I sent an email to airtel

    Dear Airtel,
    I Ranjit kaur recently purchased a broadband connection on 24th july. Due to low speed i requested to up grade it from current plan 725 combo to 999 on 26-27th july now read the interesting part
    1) on 26th july i spoke to lady in c. care to upgrade the plan she noted down the request told me it would take 5 days.
    ref no. 11298948
    2)on the other day i spoke to a gentle man though the politest
    told me that billing according to the 999 plan has already been started but the speed has not been upgraded from the backend & it would be rectified on that day itself by 2.15pm(but i dint believe him at all). then he gave me another ref no. 760930
    3)When nothing happened i again called up & spoke to
    a new bie about the slow speed , why am i billed acc. to 999 plan wen iam not getting the speed. now listen to his interesting replies he told me that on airtel site the speed meter gives wrong readings so dont check that he told me that airtel doesnt promise about the download speed we only talk about browsing speed(wud someone let him know that browsing speed & downloading speed are same). then he gave me another GHARELU NUSKHA that take my anti virus off from the system. that was enough for me to decide to talk to his supervisor, this great fellow didnt even know how much speed should i get according to KBps & Kbps. he told me that some one would come & check the ports on sunday later i came to know that sunday your engineers dont visit so some one would come on monday by 12 pm in the noon(told by your rep) As ceremonial as it is i got another ref no. 768380
    So today is monday i have specially taken leave from my work to be at home. it is 1.30 pm now neither anybody contacted me nor anyone came.
    Now please take your connection off from my premises immidietely.

    Hi reens well i changed my plan to 999 its ok you get descent speed.Let me tell u one thing i gave them their modem back which was worst,i was using betel 220 and i was in 699 plan....but now i am using my own router which is netgear v3 i get constent speed about say 204 - 235 kbps and some time more,again it depends on time.
