Thread: worst airtel service

Helo guys, I requested airtel broadband connect three weeks back. I paid money also. still i am waiting for connect. i would like to suggest don't go for airtel broadband.

Have been trying to get Airtel to install internet service in GK area of Delhi and it took 2 weeks and numerous calls to even get someone to come by to fill out the application.
"Within 48 to 72 hours someone will come by to activate the line" was the comment. Obviously, nobody has come and now they are saying that it takes 45 days to process the refund for the down payment that was requested with the application.
To everyone looking at Airtel for internet service, for the sake of your own sanity, I second what king said above and urge you to go with someone else.
