Thread: Airtel Charged 1500Rs for Installation Charges

Hi Airtel,

I have taken Airtel Broadband Connection in Ratlam [MP] from R H International [Franchise Owner] and they asked for Rs.1500 as Installation Charges which are not refundable, and I have to return the Modem also.

Can anyone help me take my query to the Airtel Office where they can ask the franchisee owner to return my money. Or which is the best place to File a CAse against them.
