Thread: Very poor service from Airtel

Yes,

Airtel service as gone drastically in poor in broadband services.

1. They charge in replacing the modem/router
2. Without shifting the telephone or broadband connection they will charge us.
3. They are not on there words or commitment.
4. Poor service with engineers visit.

Not even that. If you place a service request. It will never get resolved.Two years before, service was excellent. I was a big fan of airtel broadband. But now it sucks big time.I would suggest, not going for Airtel broadband.

Really? Just saw something on another thread that suggested this.

As their Beetel modems are unreliable, this looks like guaranteed income for them

Looks like I'll have to go out and buy my own at the next breakdown
