Hello,

I am using the Explorer 1099 plan(384kbps Day/1MBps Night) from past two years. Yesterday I received an email from airtel saying that I have used up 80% of my FUP cap. I contacted airtel and was told that the FUP is only 20GB, but I clearly remember and I found the same in this forum as well that for the Explorer 1099 plan the FUP is 75GB.

Did anyone face the same issue? This plan is not listed in the airtel website so I am not able to dispute as well. airtel CC says that it is 20GB in their database.

Regards,
Dmitri

Dear airtel customer,
You have utilized 80% of your broadband usage limit of 20480 MB as on 19-AUG-11.
We would like to inform you that post 100% usage, your speed will be reduced as per your plan
till the end of this bill cycle.
The speed will be resumed on the starting of the next bill cycle.
You are still on an unlimited plan and all your data transfer remains free.
However, post 100% consumption, if you need a higher broadband usage limit,
you can visit us at Speed on Demand- Internet Speed on Demand: Airtel Broadband VAS and subscribe
to Speed On Demand - A service from airtel where you can increase your browsing speed by paying a nominal charge.
Please note this is an indicative unbilled usage. The actual usage will reflect in your next bill.
