22 DAYS WAITING PERIOD FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND - CEF NO TBLR 257049 - SERVICE REQUEST NO 2345076

I was looking for a airtel broadband connection in
munnekolala(near marathahalli,bangalore). one of your executives called me &
told that they could provide airtel internet connection with 3-4 days.

so, they asked me to complete customer enrollment form (form no : CEF NO TBLR
257049) and took 1000 rs from me.

This took place on 1-Aug-2011. but today is 22-August-2011, and still my
internet connection is not yet ready.

The airtel executive whom i had interacted was Shiva (mobile no : 9900003611).
Sales Officer's Card has the following address:

when i called babu reddy & asked for the status of my airtel connection, he asked to talk to his manager (mithin , mobile no : 9945269500) , but whenever i tried calling his manager never picked up the phone.

for past 18 days, neither your executive shiva (mobile no : 9900003611) nor his
manager (mithin , mobile no : 9945269500) is picking up the phone

ur customer care says that my Service Request No. 2345076 is still under
progress. for past 20 days , why are they not able to solve this issue ?

This is going nowhere , its almost 3 weeks went by still i have not received
either my connection or refund ?

why is ur executive shiva (mobile no : 9900003611) is not picking up my calls, his phone is eitherr switched off or my number is added to block call list ? is this how your customer care executives are trained ?

let me know, what has been done for my issue in last 20 days ?

Same thing happened over here in Kolkata, the sales representatives just want commission for making the sale, so they say that they can get us the connection within 3-4 days, after witch they stop picking up customer calls.

They are all crooks, cheats and liars, and they directly lie to make a sale and get commision. I suggest you launch a formal complaint against whoever made u the promise.
