Thread: Airtel frequent discconection upon getting a Static IP

Dear All,

Hari from Chennai, In our office we have a airtel broadband connection which was working fine till we requested and got a Static IP from airtel. airtel guys configured the static ip in our modem, from then we have problem of frequent disconnection. It has been a month since the issue and airtel couldn help. disconnects for 2 minutes for every 1 minutes..

The connection is good when it was connected directly to a single PC but discoonects frequently on a LAN. Airtel says they dont support LAN.

The network configuration is as airtel -> beetel 450 TC1 Router -> Netgear Wifi Router -> Netgear 16 port switch ->PC's



any of you have faced similar issue like this?

In advanced options disable ACL and cwmp boxes.

type "beetel 110TCI essbebe" in SEARCH BOX above for screen shots old threads etc.

access 192.168.1.1 id admin PW password.
