Thread: Bad Bad Bill

hi guys

its chandan i took 699 HOme on 19th and they have sent a bill

for this month 19-25 for a week thats fine

but bad thing is they have billed 21 calls which i havent called at all

as i used to call my mobile i wont used the airtel fone for calling outside

except customer care.

But few times i dialed to my mobile to check the connection and

of course which i havent not received

but still i got a 21 calls billing ?

any one tell me for jus dialing Y those idiots are billing

This can happen.....solution is lock your phone with electronic code.Call 121(customer care )..to lock your phone.

the calls are made by technical peoples while installin

they weived off

ok..congrates.This is why Airtel is good.They good weiver..and listen to their customers.But BSNL and MTNL guys dont want to listen anything.They simply say.."//either pay get your connection disconnected..we cant do anything//"
