i want internet connection from any broadband,net speed 64-256kpbs,and monthly bill between 500-600.

Almost all isp's have packages which are well within your budget just ask people in your area which one is the best one out there coz whatever is true in bangalore may be the opposite in delhi and so on... like you might have a good sify cable operator in your area whcih would make sify a good option.. it all really depends on a lot of local factors. If telephone exchange is too far dont bother with an adsl connection.. like wise just browse around in the forum and take your pick and being a good resident of India do come back to moan about the quality of service
