Thread: Airtel - dont buy @ medavakkam chennai

Have been an Airtel user in Chennai city - Nungambakkam & West Mambalam. I shifted to Pallikaranai/Medavakkam area in June 2011. I applied for transfer of my residential BB connection which was done.

I live in Casa Grande " The Riviera" - a group of about 200 + apartments. The builder has some tie up with Airtel ( not sure of the alliance) as our connections were down for straight 21 days.

You can never be sure about the connectivity. Forget the speed - it crawls. I have written 24 mails so far. They have been kind enough to give me a paltry 400/- discount.

AIRTEL is a gone case ...PLEASE DO NOT BUY AIRTEL BB - COSTLY - NON CUSTOMER CENTRIC - PATHETIC SERVICE.

WE ARE LOOKING TO CANCEL ALL OUR CONNECTIONS IN A SINGLE STROKE - EAGERLY AWAITING THE DAY!!

Till before 1 year Airtel was great... Now they have become worst internet service provider... speed suckz, customer service suckz, plans suckz... before i will fought with my friends by supporting airtel, but now i planned to move to BSNL... Really Airtel Suckz...
