I'm using AirTel BB for past 2.5Yrs. I had several BB issues with connectivity. May be more than 20+ complaints I have registered so far and most of them got resolved in 48 hours!! But I'm forced to mention they are failing to get attention to resolve the complaints in proper time. I raised a complaint two weeks ago, and still it is open. My connection is being down for two weeks!! No reponse so far.
When I call CC guys, they are giving me an information saying problem with underground cable in our area[Bangalore, Koramangala] and need to be replaced[two weeks?!].
Yesterday I raised the request to cancel my account. Going for TATA or BSNL.
