I have an account ter and ter is no mention for Speed on demand usage, so that i know much i have being charged for each session, so that i can be more cautious while using SOD.

You are already paying for the enhanced speeds when you opt for the SOD service. They charge you by the hour. I think they do not charge you additional for the amount of data downloaded.
