I request for disconnection before 2 weeks via customer care and i got a reference number. Next day i got call from Retention dept and i said no to their shits. After that there is no response from those money eaters. After 3 days, telephone line stopped working. Then after 2 days broadband stopped working. I think my line got disconnected, but till now (after 2 weeks) there is no response from Money Eaters about disconnection.
I can't make call to customer care. They are not responding to my email.
Please say me what is the exact disconnection process.
Is Airtel is trying to cheat me by charging me extra amount?
Do they will come to my home to get telephone and modem?
Before 1 year i returned their Wired modem and bought Binatone WiFi modem for Rs.1600. Do i need to return the Binatone WiFi modem?
