Thread: Airtel becoming worst?

thats article from yesterday in kannada news paper

Title says "Airtel is not broadband its badband "

it says same thing that many of people saying in forum ,,how airtel gives trouble to shift or cancel connection and how they charge a person with extra 2000 for not even using ...its just shows how low Airtel is getting ..its not just one place its all over india we should awake and do something just as my friend told quite airtel ...

and article also says there telecom connection also getting worse with poor customer care some one should do something .

It also says how airtel people try to convince who are migrating with false statements .


This is from today news paper on how airtel is not paying Bill and cheating customer in Manglore , Karnataka. Then the guy put a banner on public asking for bill - thats how he protested after 7 month of trouble.
To mention this person is an Airtel customer for last 9 years


Basically this person is not getting bill and when he ask in customer care they just give false hopes ,,and the airtel people just asking money every month saying that much he has to pay ...he even written letter to all airtel higher ups nothing worked then finally put a banner on public .

I too have this very same problem but i contacted customer care and gave them a good dose not only once but twice till i recieved my bills

The strange thing was CC said that sir your bills have been recieved so i said by whom so they replied by some gowda or some other name! i said whomsoever is recieving my bills is surely not neither in my family so i called them again

Then one day i got a call from the delivery man he said sir i am standing here come and collect your bills when i got there i was shocked he was holding bunch of envelops meaning there by he was reciving my bills for past 4 or 5 months just to save his labour to come to my door step! what kind of service is this and still i am not recieving my bills anyways i dont take load of this... Best is opt for electronic bill
