i would like to bring this to your notice that by
Airtel broadband
has billing issues which has not been resolved properly.
I raised a complaint for my Airtel broadband number as it was dead.
the problem was because of the construction work going some where in my locality.
In reply to this Airtel Technical assistant closed my complaint saying that he cannot resolved the issue as long as construction is going on.
It took 45 days for construction after which broadband issue was resolved.
But billing hadn't stopped for this period.
And when i asked for waiver for AIRTEL broadband for this period, AIRTEL refused saying that complaint was closed.
Complaint was closed by AIRTEL Technical assistant without resolving the issue.
Why should i pay the BILL for period when AIRTEL didn't provide me the service.
And my complaint was not addressed legitimately. ( Closed without resolving ).
Please provide me the solution and necessary steps to take proper actions on this issue.
