You mean the default username / password (or the new ones which you had set) is not working?
Try your account number as the password. This number is present in your e-bills.

Retype it in address bar. access your modem/router default admin/admin
( if you had not changed it )
Confirm which modem/router you use ?
Presume Once you access the modem/router settings you are confident of making all settings in menu pages.
If still unable to access USE RESET switch ( with power on ) for about 10 to 20 seconds.

Airtel engineers have this habit of remotely changing the default password or the alternate password set by the subscribers to the subscriber's own account number. This they have been doing since sometime in some states.
Usually , if you disable client tr_069, this may not be possible.
