Thread: AIRTEL Service in delhi?

Can anybody from delhi please tell me how their service is i mean how many downtimes you have in a month and service of CC?

Don't you worry about their services. Airtel delivers the best. 60-80% broadband connections in Delhi and NCR are Airtel. Just make sure that there is no problem with Airtel in the locality you live in. Ask people in your locality about the same.

I am using Airtel broadband and fixed line for 3 years now and all I can think of is 1 or 2 downtimes in total! Customer care is good, but you won't need them. ;-)

No issues with the quality of service. faced only 4 downtimes of around 2 hours in last 3 years. If you want true unlimited plans then Airtel is not for you. There is Fair usage policy(FUP) on all unlimited plans. Like Rs999 for 2mbps unlimited 10gb FUP and after limit speed is 256kbps.

If you are only concerned with connectivity and quality then Airtel is best

i want to know that do they charge extra for phone?can i get broadband without phone?i have an ADSL router/modem already.How much this all gonna cost me is it 500 or 500+cost of phone handset?

There are standalone DSL plans without phone that you are talking about for Rs.500 installation. And With phone it would be Rs.850 all inclusive. If you have you own handset they will waive off the charges.

In my case 3 years back i opted to pay Rs350 for handset as it was better option. Now Airtel has started to charge for Modems if they broke down. Previously they used to change them free of cost. As for your ADSL modem. I will talk to my local engineer and update you about the charges and other details by tomorrow.
