    Default Unnecessary usage showing on my details

    I am using Airtel Broadband since some months and this is the details showing my usage :--

    The usage showing in bold on Nov 17 12:56, Nov 18 13:26 and Nov 19 12:50 are quite unnecessary and I don't think that I have used that large amount of data. I have 4 computers attached to my connection but still I don't think that I have used that much data for certain little period.

    Can I lodge a complaint to Consumer forum regarding this unnecessary billing ?because the Airtel employees are not willing to help me.

    Some form of data transfer must have occurred in your account. Airtel is known to do many other mischief with their subscriber's accounts'; but it doesn't include wrongful data display. If you use torrent clients,please verify that your torrent client is not seeding (uploading data).

    Also scan your systems for spyware or malware using malwarebytes and super antispyware. Which AV software are you using in these four PCs?

    You can disable TR-069 client or ACL or CWMP menu items in your modem/router to deny remote access by AIRTEL.

    Use NetworX in each computer to check usage. ( 4 desktops ?)
    Any laptop being used in wifi mode?
    VOIP traffic will not be recorded.

    Avoid using IE and switch to Firefox with Adblock /NoScript add ons.
    Blocks advts flash/video etc from web sites regularly seen.
