Thread: Need freedom 1699 details

i want to change my current plan which is maxxx75 gb 2Mbps, to freedom 1699
plan, this plan is not mentioned in airtel website, when i talked to customer care
they said ,i have to pay 6months advance, then only they will give this plan,
please anyone here in this forum using this plan.

If a particular plan is not listed on the website, then it is tough to migrate to it. Do not fall for the crafty words of the customer care people. See, they are asking you to pay advance rental while they are even unsure whether you will get the plan. In short, they are looking forward to trap you along with your hard earned money.

A closer look into the plan details reveals that this broadband plan does not have any fair usage policies associated with it.
