I am being airtel customer for 4 years. Before current airtel connection, i was using another connection in which that also i terminated because of poor service. After that, in its own effort airtel offered me this current line. Now again same crap. Currently i got a message that my outstanding amount is 2090. But this is totally lie. Because i complained that phone was not working for continiously for four months(March- june). But still that compalin has not been rectified and bills are keep coming for those 6 months.
They saying wether u use or not, u have to pay. But i requested to terminate the line(the reference number 593375 ) inorder to avoid the bill amount. But that wasnot also not happened bacause they convinced me to continue the service by promising to rectify the problems. Eventhough, they people didnt kept promise alive . After long time they people called me, and asked apology for inconvenience that caused for me by airtel. Also they gave 1500 as waiver. But that also didnt got reduced in bill amount.
Money is their only motivation. Customer care, said whatever it is, u have to pay money otherwise we will do what we have to do and also said " we know how to collect money" . During the four months i was keep calling customer care and crying(not literally) for rectification of problem. But nothing happened. But they kept cheating me by giving more and more offers. later only i came to know that all was forgery. just i am student and doing part time job through internet. During that problem time i lost so many clients of my business. I lost money, time, clients, got frustration and pain. But still, dont realise my problem, and mistake with whom?. Keeping torturing me by calling and scaring me of legal as well as illegal actions.
