On November 15th, 2011, I had requested for a plan change [ Req no. 7318166 ] for which I had been assured that the plan change would occur from the next billing cycle which would be from December 5th,2011. However the plan was not migrated even on December 7th,2011. Due to this I lodged another complaint on December 7th, 2011 [ Req no. 8458896] which was to be resolved by December 15th,2011. However that never happened and entire week my speed kept on fluctuating between 0.5 and 2 Mbps. Hence I lodged another complaint on December 17th, 2011 [ Req no. 8914086] which shows as closed status even though it is not yet resolved
I have contacted the customer care service almost 20-30 times but each time I am amazed by the kind of things I get to hear from them. Every time they try to convince me that I am in a different plan and I am supposed to receive different speeds. I have already wasted to so much money by just calling to your customer care from my bsnl landline (never is possible through your airtel landline due to reasons unknown). Each time they tell me that my complaint is in elevated status and I would be getting a call from your backend team which I never receive in spite of me updating it every time I call. And the most depressing fact was one customer care executive said that plan upgrade has been done and I am not receiving the speed due to problem on my Linux PC. How ridiculous is that? Linux can never be affected by a virus and yet your customer care executive blames me for the problem. I even tried to give feedback through your eportal but that thing never seems to accept any feedback. This is by far the worst customer service I have received from such a company.
Since I use the Internet a lot, I requested for a plan migration to your higher plan but your customer care executives dont seem to understand my problem. Once they also told me that the server is not available for plan upgrade. In that case how come that speed on demand is available while regular plan upgrade is not.I am ready to approach consumer court as I have been receiving poor service and have been harassed by your customer service executives. This is my last try to solve this problem in a congenial way failing which I may have to disconnect your services.
