Thread: Frequent Disconnection to internet

Im always getting Disconnected every 5 to 10 mins
If i check on my Modem setting it shows PPPOE is up sometimes and sometimes down. Eventhough PPPOE is up i cannot browse internet. Sometimes i get 0.0.0.
Contacted customer care many times. Then come and check and say loose connection and they leave. But the problem hasnt solved yet. Plz help me.

In access control disable Acl and Cwmp
Change DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
In PVC2 change vpi/vci to some random number.
Select PVC0 and enter vpi/ vci 1 and 32
Select PPPoE
Check mss/mtu values are default 0 and 0 or try 1360 1492.
Still no success

change to this: VPI/VCI for Airtel 1 and 32 In PVC0 which you have posted. Check with link given by me ( working connection for BSNl vpi/vci 0 and 35 )

Your Id and PW even if shown, remotest possibility ,any one can connect to your Airtel broadband anywhere in India !!! seeing the details from this forum.
The ID is exclusive to your AIRTEL telephone number only.you can blank it. If phone number is shown in BB ID .

Im getting this error:

ERROR: FAIL TO UPDATE DUE TO... Duplicate to a VPI/VCI !

enter some random number in PVC2. then try PVC0 1 and 32

Not working

Reboot from factory settings.
Try dialer and enter Airtel id PW in system window.
If still no connection
Post again Screenshots Device info Internet LAN pages
Also diagnostics page for PVC0.
