Thread: after 6 months Delay , still not recieved my refund amount - marathahalli, bangalore

My name is navien.

I have requested for an airtel broadband connection at munnekolala , marathahalli (Bangalore) during june 2011.
booking connection details : CEF NO TBLR 257049

I have paid Rs 1000 while booking the connection.

Later, Airtel's technical team have told that there is NO technical feasibility to provide a broadband connection at my place. so they cannot provide connection for me.

It has been more than 6 months , but still i have not received my refund cheque.

please send my refund cheque soon

Please visit the nearest Airtel customer care center,and
show the deposit receipt and claim the refund.

i was in the same boat and had applied for Airtel Broadband last month. For a week they were giving run around and installation was not happening. So i just blocked the cheque and asked them to cancel the connection. Never pay cash in such scenarios , cheque is always a better option.

I think they have a 1800 no for broadband connection, just call there and escalate for getting refund.
