    Default Broadband not working

    I have lodged a complaint no-10487254 on 18th Jan 2012 regarding broadband of landline no - 01144441237 not working, Continue I am talking to Airtel Customer care and Nodal officer department. They continue giving me time to resolve my complaint. But from 18th Jan to 2 Feb my complaint is resolved.
    You are requested to make this matter on prior basis.
