I am a customer of Airtel broadband service Chennai. I have given a bank mandate some years back and Airtel used to debit the amount from my bank(State bank of India). For the paste three months due to some deficiency in the working of Airtel the debits are reversed. Airtel supposed to be premier telecom organisation in India is not able to solve this Belmopan and they throw the problem into the lap of the customer asking me to check with my bank. I am not aware the intricacy of debits to the bank by the airtel I do not understand how i can solve the problem. My bank says that the mistake is not in their bank. This is utter nuisance. The technical services of Airtel is good but their administrative services are very poor almost equal to a Tahsiladar's office
