Thread: Airtel worst

Please DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL BB.. I used it for 3 years , had big time issues with it. They have the most worst Customer Care service.


The tech guy comes in n resolves the issue which lasts for 2 days and again the same issue.


and further more , i did not receive my bills for 6 months and whenever i call them to ask this , they told me that my money was there in the airtel account i mite have paid the bills twice or ICICI mite have debited from my account to AIRTEL , so i need to check this with the ICICI bank.


after 6 months , all 6 moths bill came in together on a single day with total payment of 6000/- and then late payment fees too and then they call me saying Sir, please see to that you pay your bills on time .


AIRTEL is the worst ... i disconnected my connection and have taken another one.


guys do no go for airtel.. there are so many other s with good plans n customer service.

Where are you located? And which was your broadband plan?

Yes, They are becoming very unprofessional and there is no ethics. They keep doing this rubbish, It will loose all the good customers.
