2.Did you surrender any Phone/ and or modem
at the nearest Airtel outlet and get a receipt with date ?
3. Are you Registered in Self care page ?
4. Without any written document, about your disconnection request, and ack from Airtel,
difficult to file complaint about Airtel service.

Check the back of the bill for details of email address to higher level/s.
