i want night unlimteds very high speed i can pay 700-800 per month..sped=1mbps ..is there any plan for me

This is true. They have a better customer care but they will not assist you at emergency or when you need them the most. They could very well delay some of the procedures and i have seen my charges are becoming high each month. I do not get a proper response from them.

Also the speed limit that you get will not be satisfactory. This is what the review most of my friends have given to me in the 2mbps plan.

Moral of the story:
AIRTEL is the lesser of all the evils (Pvt. Sector) around, but they shall fleece you given half a chance.

If only MTNL could provide better Customer Care, they wld clean the market of these unscrupulous Private Companies OR at least have them change their ways!!

Airtel is the best company is you would like to have a tension free connection as they have a very good customer care support. More over they also have very good plans which you can check out on there website.

They definitely have "Good plans", but increasingly their "plans" seem to be more geared towards taking advantage of the fact that there are insufficient Quality Service Providers in the market, as a result they can rule the roost even when they indulge in unfair practices like: overcharging, offering slower speeds, etc.

I have MTNL as well as Airtel with me so I can compare; The day there is a another player who can offer quality services Airtel shall be scurrying for cover.

After checking with many users (and this site), I opted for BSNL. The connection took a while but I was not in any particular hurry. Afterall if I could wait for BB in India to arrive at least 4 years later, I could wait an extra couple of months. I have no complaints against BSNL so far. I am getting what I was promised.

Well i would suggest you that you should go with airtel as they have good speed and also good plans and never ever bother abooutt going with BSNL or any other service provider they have no good services.

Airtel is not good but it is the best. I had been using it for some time and i would say that it is the best broadband connection till now.

I had been uisng Aritel at my home for a long time. I think just 3 months after they laucnhed their broadband connection in residential area. I would say that airtel is the best one.

I was in bangalore for 3 yrs & now in mumbai since a year. Airtel BB is the best in bangalore giving tough & prompt

technical/customer support competition to BSNL & MTNL in delhi & hopefully in entire india, wherever these guys

are. Customers must/are/will be always lucky to have their connection which is a littttle costly than MTNL/BSNL but

atleast reliable unlike BSNL, MTNL & Reliance, the unreliant. Kudos to sunil mittal's vision. I recommend

every/anyone to take Airtel BB connection, blindly.
Their technical/customer service report is excellent & hardly there has been a downtime if i remember. (just 1nce

in 6 mths & that to they do a maintainence on their servers & that to @ night only for 2-4 hrs).
I wish they had their wide presence in mumbai (which is still limited now to some business areas only), so that

they gave a tough competition to the monopolised MTNL in DSL BB technology service & also to other ISPs in mumbai.

Airtel is aurely a good ISP. I had been using them for 1 year now and i am very much impressed and satisfied with the service they are providing. I would like to recommend this ISP to every one.

I have Airtel and BSNL and i am very much happpy with both of these but still i would say that Airtel is the best one and there is no other one better then it.

Yes, Airtel is a good company and i think there is no other company better then this one. I had been using it for last 2 years and i am very much satisifed with there services.

Airtel is quite good but expensive. BSNL offers more value for money.

Hi, Airtel has a very good speed in Internet in both broadband and dial-up connection. Very good work.

I would say that Airtel is a really good ISP. If you see any where you would see a lot of satisfied customers of thisgreat ISP and for me there is no other ISP like it is as it provides really good service.

Airtel is a good ISP. It is a bit espensive but i would say that it is alright till the time they are offering relaible and good services.

In India i would say that Airtel is one of the best ISP as if you see any other ISP you would not see many positive feedback as you would notice on other ISP.

Airtel is a good and people who have any doubt just ask any person who has used Airtel .. you would find a lots of satisfied airtel customers.
