Rapid plans in Delhi(Delhi NCR)....

Are the 'rapid' plans (as provided on airtel website)in Delhi(Delhi NCR) region available right now??

for. eg
the Rapid 15gb plan (8Mbps till 15gb and 512Kbps unlimited after that??) or the rapid 30 gb plan....

(asking this cuz some of them sound too good to be true)

Its is as good as a 512Kbps unlimited connection (if it is really unlimited) but with better speeds for the first 15GB. Mtnl is offering a 1Mbps connection for 799 Rs a month and that too unlimited.
