Default New 8Mbps plan

I heard it through the customer care service. An executive said me that Airtel has proposed for 8Mbps plan and they have got the permission from the government. Soon they will be launching this. But he told me that they could revise the charges for the existing customers if they wish to switch over to the new plan. i think this will not work. Because intially he needs to give the service free. Anyways first it is going to be a trial version. so i wish that they should not hike the rate. It can be adopted for the new customers.
