    Angry Airtel Loyal Turned Anti-Airtel

    Hi guyz,

I live in chennai and have been using airtel in every aspect of communication in my life.Be it my Mobile Phone or My Landline or my Broadband.I have never thought of the extra amount of money i pay for reliability.I had been very happy with their services till date. But things started to change some 3 months ago.Frequent broadband problems, signal problems and stuff. My landline was down for 4 times over the past 2 or 3 months. Each time it went down,I lost money bcs Internet is a very integral part of my business. For 4 times my phone line was rectified within 3 days,so I hadnt lost much.

But things got terribly wrong when some 2 weeks ago,my internet and broadband went down.I loose over 2000 ruppes each day and more than that I lose my customers confidence in me which results in ever greater loss over long time.I called everyday to their customer care. Each time I had to undergo the ridiculous automated system. After 2 days intially,I got tranferred to the SUPERIOR buteach time this happens, the guy does not pick up and again,I lost money because their **** customercare is not toll free. And for 8 days,I was left in the dark regarding why my lines were dead.

Today morning I got too frusturated and called them up again, only difference was,I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks more to rectify the problem. This made me too frusturated and I said I aint gonna pay the bill this month, sure enough after some 6 hours, there were ppl in my door saying your connection will be back in 30 minz. And sure enough,it was back.

Wat were they doing for the 9 FULL days??? And Y dint they inform me???Ther management has bcs crap since I had first signedup

    Mind you Would-be airtel users!............

btw is there a toll free number I can call during such thing like dead phone for complaints?Am I missing something???

iflex, if you are using your connection for business purpose , I would recomend look for a corporate connection or lease line with well defined SLA. I have a 1 Mbps unlimited corporate plan with SLA signed on resolution time of 30 mins. I have this connection for BCP purpose, may be you can opt for something similar.
