Thread: Review about Airtel Broadband

I personally use Airtel BroadBand connection at my home and i would say that they are the best service provider and also they also have a great customer care service. I have faced few problems and i would say that within 1 hours they send some of there representative to solve my problem.

I would highly recommend them to every one.

I am also using Airtel connection and i am also very much satisfied with there service. I have also changed several ISP before but from all those Airtel is the best one for me.

good info both of u... i m buying broadband and getting positive info about airtel.. i think i shud go for airtel only... can u provide me in which cities airtel broadband is available and its A-Z procedure... i live in Valsad, gujarat... can i have it here in Valsad?

Call up the Airtel hotline. From what I know, Airtel is good in Metros and Tier II cities (HYD, BNG, Pune, etc.). I have no idea about Tier III cities such as Valsad.

I think it would be nice to visit airtel website and then find all the information there because they have each and every information regarding broadband plans in there website.

impressive review..am thinking of going for airtel now for sure..right now am a BSNL broadband user..lucky its been available in my region now..so would be switching on to it in a month or so

BSNL is also a good one but the main problem with them is that if you face any problem you would be stuck with it for a long time which is something no one really like. So Airtel is best.

It had been more then 1 year when i started using airtel connection and i would say that they are really good. Luckly i have not faced any problem with their connection and also everything have worked out smoothly till date.

Thank God. I'm lucky to get Airtel connection in my area. Trust me, Airtel just rocks in both tech as well as Customer support (I'm not working in Airtel...lol)
