Thread: Net expert software

Recently i had Airtel's customer care executive at my doorsteps saying that he needs to install the NETEXPERT software. They give the service at free of cost to all the Airtel customers. When asked about the usage of the software, he said that this could detect minor problems in the net or in modem. Can anyone be more specific in this. What does it do in my system?

Well i also got it installed it on my desktop but it is not installed on my laptop which i mainly use even at home. I dont think there is any big difference in using this software.

I have never used this software. Like after three days this software was installed to my computer i reinstalled my windows and i didnt installed this software. I dont think that this software is of any use.
