Thread: Airtel ---> less complaints!

it's true. compared to other provider, this is the provider that i heard less complaints. unluckily i had to keep on with BSNL (still under contract)...

hmm dont think so...actually all the adsl2+ services like mtnl,airtel,tata,bsnl are providing gr8 services for indian standards....airtel customer care might be good but i dont think all of the above adsl2+ providers offer much of a chance to complaint..

Even BSNL does not have much complaints to use. I have been using BSNL for quite some time and found it to be complaints free service. There are no interupptions in service so far. I only had around 2 to 3 times of connection getting cut but that too got rectified soon. Perhaps it could do with the place you live.
