Thread: how to apply?

I am sorry but i have never used their internet services so don't know how to apply for getting their broadband connection....i tried accessing their site..but its not loading since 30 minutes..thats the problem BSNL broadband gives me when i have to go to a site where there are a lot of graphics or flash content..if someone could tell me how can i apply to their connection it would be great..!

Well just go to their exclusive showroom and ask a person to send a reprentative to your home as you would like to have a broadband connection and they would simply send a sales executive to your house.

so..its that easy....thank you for your assistance bunny..would be contacting my local dealer shortly when i am able to decide between reliance and airtel..about their customer service i already know as i have experienced that in their mobile services..so am sure it would be great too..

If you are worried about the cusotmer support then i would suggest you that Airtel would be the best as you can see a lot of satisfied customers from Airtel as compared to reliance on this forum.

I am also using Airtel connection but till now i have never faced any kind of problem and as of this i never had to call their customer care support but it is nice to heard that they have good customer support.

Honestly, I've Airtel connection and faced problems at times. But, their Customer Support is too good. Once I faced a DSL problem by 12 PM and there was a Tech support guy at my door step by 2.30 PM. Simply to say, Airtel rocks!!! Just go to their exclusive showroom and get the connection as per your wish.
