is it good 128kbps tata indicom for 786 rs free downloading

hi will it be good tata indicom 128kbps freedownloading for 786 monthly rental?
pls clarify me

From what I read from others experiences here on the forums.. you should stay away from tata indicom. Go for airtel broadband if its available in your area.

128kbps is not bad at all for browsing and even downloading some music but if you want to download movies or large software files then it will take ages on that much bandwidth.. Otherwise on a 128 kbps connection even voip works very well and you shouldn't see any lag.

airtel is giving 256Kbps unlimited download for 750Rs ..........
decide yourself which is better ?
