If you are satisfied with BSNL but thinking to shift to another ISP just because you exceed the limits, then how is switching going to help? Most tariff plans from across the ISPs are more or less similar. In my opinion, BSNL offers the best plans. You should think about changing the plan rather than ISP. You should change ISP if you not getting good service from your current provider.
