I was in bangalore for 3 yrs & now in mumbai since a year. Airtel BB is the best in bangalore giving tough & prompt

technical/customer support competition to BSNL & MTNL in delhi & hopefully in entire india, wherever these guys

are. Customers must/are/will be always lucky to have their connection which is a littttle costly than MTNL/BSNL but

atleast reliable unlike BSNL, MTNL & Reliance, the unreliant. Kudos to sunil mittal's vision. I recommend

every/anyone to take Airtel BB connection, blindly.
Their technical/customer service report is excellent & hardly there has been a downtime if i remember. (just 1nce

in 6 mths & that to they do a maintainence on their servers & that to @ night only for 2-4 hrs).
I wish they had their wide presence in mumbai (which is still limited now to some business areas only), so that

they gave a tough competition to the monopolised MTNL in DSL BB technology service & also to other ISPs in mumbai.

Do not worry they would soon come to your area too and as of the services i am also very much impressed by it and i would say that they are surely the best in this field.

Airtel is a good service provider and there is no doubt about this thing but only thing i want them to look for right now is a little more cheap internet connections.

Airtel is one of the most respected ISP in India. No matter where one looks he would see many satisfied customers from Airtel and i would say this is because of the great customer care service from them.

airtel is a good one but on the same time it is a little bit expensive. if you see you would notice that other companies like tata offer some more god speed at a little more price then airtel.

I had been using Airtel for a long time and i am very much satisfied with this ISP services. i had faced many problem with all other ISP i had used but this one is really good in each and ever thing ..

I think I am going to go for Airtel BB... I had a very pathetic experience with hathway so far......I know i could find the answers to the foll questions at the CC or a dealer of airtel.... but I want to know from U people who have used airtel.... because I know U will be the right people to advice me...

1] Which is the online site to check airtel bb ...about their tariffs etc. ?

2] I pay 1695 for 3 months with 512 speed with night 11pm to morn 8 am unlimited downloads (but the d/l speed is b*llsh*t - around 20kb from hathway presently.....which plan would be best suitable for me on airtel ? I do not mind paying something more but to get a similier speed and any unlimited kind of usage.
