Lightbulb Configuring Billion 5200S for Airtel Broadband

Can someone enlighten me as how to configure the Billion 5200S for Airtel Broadband ?

I've tried everything.. But the PPP LED doesnt seem to glow ...

Should I configure it for PPPoE/PPPoA mode or Bridged mode?

1. I've tried PPPoE (LLC) ...
The ADSL link glows, but the PPP LED does'nt come up.
Am I missing something here ?

2.In bridged mode, (If I configure it that way), there does'nt seem to be an username/password field ... How do I set it up in Bridged mode then ???

Please help with detailed instructions!!
I need help immediately..

PPPoA (Point-to-Point Protocol over ATM) is not available in India. In India, the modem should be setup either in PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) or bridge mode.

If you setup the modem in PPPoE mode the username and password is stored inside the modem and the modem dials and connects to the internet automatically.

In the bridge mode you will have to create a dialer on your desktop/laptop. For instructions refer to Step 2 in this guide (Setup of ADSL Modem/Router UT-300R2U with Linksys Wireless Router WRT54G).
