    Default Mumbai unlimited

    Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new connection in Santacruz, Mumbai location. After reading the feedback on this forum I decided to get Airtel but it is not available at my location. I was wondering if anyone could suggest next best ISP. I contacted MTNL but they do not offer unlimited and they have a 1 month wait.

    Thanks a bunch in advance.

If Airtel is not available in your area then you can go with BSNL. They have unlimited plans and more over they also have reliable broadband connection.

BSNL is not an option in Mumbai (and Delhi).

Yes, No Airtel and BSNL. That leaves me with You Tele, Reliance and Tata Indicom. It looks like I will have to go with the best of the worst.

If this is the option then i would say to go with TATA. they may have worst customer care service but till the time there connnection works properly then till then you would have some value for money services.

TATA is a good company. They do have problem with customer care service but i think that they are one of the best in the worst category..

Default Have to go with YouTele

Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately no Tata Indicom in my area. I have no choice but to go with YouTele. I called the agent and I am planning to take the YouExplore 500 plan which offers upto 2Mbps speed and maximum 2.5GB download.

yeah I am in santacruz and using You tele; its not all that good but ok. Except for past few days everything worked ok. but the Unlimited plan is not that good. I have taken speedtest @ speedtest.net and worked out as this Download 233 and Upload 181. I have Airtel at my office at andheri the speeds is 333 and download 290. But Yougives better speed on hourly and limited plans. I myself was looking for another ISP as I need to get it WiFi and currently You is OK in terms of speed. Airtel is much better but I dont know if its available in my area.
