Thread: Are you Happy About Customer Service

Actually I have A Bsnl Connection Just Because of Bsnl Not offering Good Service Vocally Not Complaining about their Connectivity which is also an issue sometimes I Went in For Airtel I am deeply Hurt By the Pathetic Customer Care Offered by them (Voice or email). Can Somebody Just tell me how can I speed up this Process. Am In Bangalore.. 9900419397.............

All ISPs are more or less the same. As far as Airtel is concerned they have grown too big to manage effectively. They cannot hire more (competant) staff because then costs go up.

Customer Is King atleast for Private ISPs I thought Was I Mistaken.............

It is not as if Airtel or Reliance care two hoots about the customer - they do. But they have grown too quickly to manage.
