Hello Folks,

I am planning to go for the Rs 999 Unlimited plan with 384kbs plan in Bangalore.Could anybody share their experiences about the speed for this plan.Would it be enough for connecting to VPN connection.

Please advice on these 2 points.

Alternatively please advice any better plan if possible.

i have switched to 999 384 kbps connection.
it is quite ok
it depends how many user would be connected to net. upto 6-7 it will provide good then degrade.
also it depends on kind of use. like torrent n youtube or any streaming will surely affect its speed. but then also it is good for 5-6 ppl even with downloading n all

1. 384 kbps is ok certainly if you dont cross 5 connections

2. Connection speed of VPN depends on a main factor of encryption and hashing algorithm that is being defined. So if you are using VPN, enabled with high standard of encryption and all then there are chances that your VPN alone may be slow where as your internet access will be faster at times when you dont use VPN.

But in other case, if you alone are going to use this 384kbps, then i guess you can defintely go ahead.
