i hav 444 mb limited dsl...if it exceeds..i wil pay more...as per mbps used...what exactly is there in the bill? do they show websites from which files are downloaded?
if i play a video in a site...not download it...play in the site itself...duz tht also count? wil it show in the bill?

Yes every thing will show up in the bill

All the data which comes to your network and goes form your network card is considered as data and will be charged for it

if you are watching the video online you are still getting the info to your system and this is considered as download
