i recently got airtel 64kbps nlimited plan..download speed typically dont exceed 10kbps!
and dring installation,airtel representative asked me to set ip adress of card between 192.168.1.2 -192.168.1.154 .will changing the ip adress improves the speed..?

No. Changing IP address doesnt going to serve any purpose. your bandwidth is too low.
