Thread: No Airtel Connection in Kurla (W), Mumbai.

Hi All,

Right now I am using 5net Broadband ISP from my local service provider. and its horable. a month back i tried Reliance wireless connetion.... that was quite nice... but some gaming portals are blocked and i shifted to TATA. TATA broadband hav wost customer care department [call center].

there ISP never fluient... and once line drop... u have to use web dialer to connect again .. and it will show invalid userename.... then call customer care.... they will refresh from there. and if u facing lagg problem... just call customer care and they gona tell u.. they will forwrd your complaint to other department and problem will be solve in next 24 hrs. worst part is 24hrs menas 24 days... or may be never. i still have TATA connection along with my local srvice 5net broadband.

80% of my frnds using Artel and i got good feedback. Airtel is good for gaming and all online activities.

but problem is Airtel dont provide there service to Kula west [Mumbai].

plz any of India Broadband user can help me out from this problem?

i have spoken with Airtel 6 month back... there answer was.... if they starting there service in my area... they will call me. i m still w8ing for call

If the CEO of airtel was a part of this forum may be he would have a look at your request and help you

I am struggling with reliance wimax and want to move to bsnl or airtel but have not options

It is up to airtel to give connection in your area

The max you can do is keep requesting airtel for this or go to higher authorities in airtel and raise a request, meet them if you can and tell them how important it is to have airtel connection, then may be they will give you the connection

my Local ISP 5net is improved from last 2-3 days. 6 days in week, its good and fluent connectivity. but SUNDAY SUX. i think i have to serch on Google for Airtel employee Email id. still requesting to my local service provider to give me Static IP .

let see... Airtel or 5net
