Airtel, supposed to be the best broadband service provider has tied up with the Bihar Government to have its customer service trained by them. According to sources with this exclusive agreement it will help them make their customer service even more pathetic as it is now. When asked why Bihar government, the sources revealed that they wanted airtel customer service to be the worst in the company and they just wanted the best. Their goal is to make the cusomer suffer. They have hinted that by the year 2009 they will be able to achieve the worst customer service experience company. They also want to adapt to the practices of dadagiri. In a message to all its employees Mr. Mittal has said that he is very happy about this tie up. This will ensure that his dreams will come true. He also mentioned that a new incentive program will be started for the employees. The person who gets the maximum compliments(complaints) at their nodal office will be given a free trip to Nutopia.
